To further develop our digital business processes, we are looking for a dedicated IT Manager Business Systems (m/w/d) at the Bottrop, NRW site

Special responsibility for central business applications such as ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365 environment (including teams, SharePoint, Project) Translation of technical requirements into specific system-side solutions (e.g. customizing, workflows, automation, role and authorization concepts) Analysis, design and continuous optimization of business processes with focus on their imaging in the systems Ensuring a continuous flow of information and data between applications and disciplines Control of external software and IT service providers in implementation and development projects Working with international digitalisation and system harmonisation initiatives within the group Support, training and advice for users in handling the systems used Close cooperation with the local IT staff responsible for infrastructure, hardware and servers

Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, business administration with strong IT reference or comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience with business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, workflow or collaboration platforms) Detectable experience in system-side mapping and implementation of business processes High IT affinity and willingness to deal deeply with systems in terms of operating and content Structured, analytical work and the ability to communicate clearly between specialist and IT Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
