Your tasks

• Modernization and repair work in inhabited and uninhabited apartments
• Installation of bathrooms and heating
• Implementation of individual repairs, maintenance, insurance damage as well as the destructive service of spas and boilers
• Customer service and emergency services with mobile connection
• Documentation of orders and ordering materials

Your profile

• Complete vocational training in the factory heating, ventilation and sanitation or comparable
• Experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable
• Flexibility, commitment and independent work
• Customer-friendly and competent appearance
• Driving class B and feel safe in handling tablet PCs
