As a Front Office Supervisor, you will bring an outstanding level of commitment, a focus on excellent service and a real passion for creating positive guest experiences in our dynamic front office team. Your tasks: As our front office supervisor you enjoy the lively operation of the lobby and are the first contact for our guests. You are responsible for the smooth running of check-in and check-out, as well as for reservations, guest requests, telephone calls and processing of payments You take the Supervision of the Front Office Agents by monitoring their workflows, carrying out training and ensuring that service standards are complied with You will be the superhero of our guests and ensure that all aspects of the guest journey and the guest experience are implemented at the highest level.
