The area is also responsible for the development of the four sites and the planning and implementation of construction projects based on the investment planning of the Land Berlin. The commercial project management construction sought here is located in the department of special projects, which is responsible, among other things, for the new construction of the German Heart Center of Charité (DHZC) and operates at the construction site on the Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK).
