Production trainers (m/f/d)

You plan and coordinate the training of machine and plant leaders: both in and the specialists in food technology with practical learning content and directly bind the trainees In addition, you accompany our trainees intensively on site and support them in practical tasks You develop training plans and programs and check reports You conduct regular feedback talks and implement individual support measures You carry out learning target controls and assist in training You actively accompany exam preparation and shape career paths Working closely with specialist departments and external educational institutions You actively support measures for the long-term binding of trainees

A completed training as a specialist in food technology, ideally complemented by a technician or master degree or a comparable study A training certificate is desirable, but can also be recovered if necessary First experience as an instructor:in, or pleasure to promote our junior staff, preferably in the production environment or in the food industry Openness for innovative learning methods and modern training concepts Impressed organizational strength and good analytical thinking Communication skills and joy in cooperation with various departments and hierarchical levels
