You co-ordinate as project managers: independent contractors:inside and energy suppliers:in the planning, implementation and execution of construction and maintenance measures on advertising and city furniture You are responsible for our management service providers:inside and coordinate and monitor maintenance work in close coordination as well as the elimination of defects and ensure smooth operation You ensure compliance with technical requirements, dates and quality standards You carry out regular check-outs in your area and document and control tasks as well as our advertising facilities You check the billing of commissioned services You collect necessary administrative documents for the implementation of construction measures and also support the Public Affairs area in continuous exchange with our contractual partners

You have a successfully completed technical or commercial training with first professional experience or completed university studies in the technical field with meaningful internships You ideally have technical understanding or practical experience in the field of construction and maintenance processes Even if you don't have a direct industry knowledge or professional experience, we look forward to your application as a cross-comer:in You organize yourself, have a pronounced service/service orientation and communication skills is one of your strengths You are owned by a driving licence (class B)
