Identification and direct response of suitable talents through different channels and platforms. Conduct professional interviews and control of structured selection procedures. Advising departments and executives in developing and implementing tailor-made recruiting strategies. Analysis of recruiting data to optimize processes and derive data-based action recommendations. Completed studies in BWL, human resources management, economic psychology or the like or comparable training. At least three years of professional experience in IT recruiting: Preferred as in-house recruiters or personnel consultants with a strong IT network. Funded practical knowledge in active sourcing, interview management and stakeholder management. High data affinity and a pronounced technical understanding of the analysis of recruiting data. Optimal experience in project management. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for international cooperation.
