For over 100 years, the company has been supporting bakers and bakers in its projects and offers complete solutions such as kneading machines, ovens, fermentation technology and production facilities. Bongard develops its activities internationally and has been present in Germany for 50 years. The company has a structured network of regional sales partners as well as regional sales staff. As part of further growth in Germany, Bongard is looking for one/n: Technischer Spezialist im Auslandsdienst – Bäckereitechnik und Serviceentwicklung (m/w/d) Area of application Germany (ideally room Kassel, Fulda or Erfurt) As a technical speaker, you support installation and service projects, support the German dealer network in technical issues and contribute to the expansion of the after-sales business in the field of services and long-term customer satisfaction.

Technical support of sales partners and end customers throughout Germany Support in the technical development and implementation of installation projects Support of projects from technical planning to successful commissioning Support of service technicians in fault diagnosis and the solution of technical questions Coordination and support of strategic assembly and commissioning projects Further development of the technical competence of the partner network Expansion of the after-sales business by the distribution of maintenance contracts and services Organisation and implementation of technical training Ensuring high customer satisfaction Cooperation with technical staff and sales teams from the headquarters in France

Technical training or studies in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Ideal experience in bakery technology or food production Multiannual professional experience in technical service or maintenance of equipment Very good knowledge of troubleshooting and technical problem solving Joy in the training of technical partners Self-employed, structured and customer-oriented work High readiness for travel within Germany English knowledge is a plus, but no requirement
