Key job responsibilities

• Create, supervise and promote a culture of security and well-being
• Analysis and implementation of changes to ensure continuous high quality and productivity
• Oversight of projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity and improve service quality for customers in your area of responsibility
• Analysis of the shifts according to company specifications and implementation of measures to improve our operational excellence
• Cooperation with colleagues at the management level in order to harmonize shift procedures

A day in the life

You work at one of our locations during shift operation and make sure that the processes there are as productive as possible. Priority Your activity is the management and promotion of a safety culture and the maintenance of the quality and performance standards of the work layers. You also supervise the process improvements in your area and organize the implementation. A typical working day can look quite different and includes both routine team management and daily work tasks as well as process improvement and extensive operational tasks for the eventual case. You also act as a role model and mentor for new managers:inside.

Basic qualifications

• Experience in a logistics, operation, production, quality or comparable environment
• Experience in the leadership of a team
• Relevant experience in communication with different stakeholders, including colleagues and executives
• Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to justify business decisions
• Flowing knowledge of English and good knowledge of German in word and writing Preferred qualifications

• University degree or comparable
• Experience in working with Lean, Six-Sigma and Kaizen methods
• Experience in working with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
