Legal advice and implementation of the award of construction measures of the LBB farm in the special procedure in the field of land construction, in particular: Legal advice and support of projects in special proceedings in all phases of the project Preparation, implementation and supervision of procurement and contract procedures Creation, examination and negotiation of contracts Legal assessment of project and contract risks Superior processing of the special procedure (representation, award advice, award strategy) Support of project management and cooperation with internal specialist departments, external consultants and private project partners

Completed academic studies in the field of law (1st and 2nd state exams) Additional qualification (e.g. specialist attorney for building and architect law) or relevant professional experience in building and architect law and/or real estate law are desired In-depth knowledge in the field of construction/architect and procurement law desired Interest in economic, technical and infrastructural issues Teamability, performance and planning, organisational and conflicting skills
