Project controlling: You accompany construction projects from planning and budgeting to completion Auditing: Examination, classification and approval of incoming invoices with regard to activation capability, ongoing effort (GuV) as well as the appropriate allocation of projects are your tasks You are responsible for the system-side installation of projects for the proper mapping of investments, maintenance and other measures Interface management: You work closely with the field and project management as well as with contacts (m/w/d) for all commercial topics Final work: You support financial activities in the context of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reporting Process optimization: You accompany the introduction of new software solutions including the related commercial and process requirements

Qualification: You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally with the focus on accounting Professional experience: You bring practical experience in accounting, like in the real estate industry, with Working: You work structured, independent and with a high degree of accuracy Affinity for numbers: You have the pleasure of dealing with numbers and a good understanding of accounting relationships System knowledge: You can safely handle MS Dynamics and especially Excel and use them efficiently in your working day Soft Skills: Motivation, willingness to learn as well as team skills and communication strength complete your profile
