Conception, coordination and implementation of the realignment of civil protection for the KreisMinden-Lübbecke Planning and development of precautionary and operational concepts in civil and civil protection Organisation, implementation and evaluation of exercises, in particular in the field of civil-military cooperation (ZMZ) Ensuring and further development of civil alarm planning performing tasks in the secret protection of the county administration

the ability for 1. entry office of category 2 of the fire-fighting service (formerly elevated fire-fighting service) or a successfully completed study programme in the field of “crisis management and security” (Bachelor of Engineering) or the ability for 1. Entrance office of category 2 (formerly high-level general administration) or the completion of administrative training II or a successfully completed study of law (Bachelor / University of Applied Sciences) with a training in the right of defence (at least successfully completed F-IV training (trainer) according to FwDV 2 or a comparable training in a recognised aid organisation
