We are looking for a dynamic and future-oriented Local Business Field Manager (m/w/d) that wants to start in the exciting field of our exams, inspections and consulting services. In this position, we offer you the opportunity to help shape our services in the growth market of energy and the environment and to contribute to the further development and expansion of the business field. Our environmental services in the field of Immission Protection Air & noise, emission measurements, emission forecasts and corresponding laboratories are a key focus here. Your new challenge:

As a Local Business Field Manager (LFM) you strengthen our dynamic team and work closely with other LFMs to efficiently and competently handle cross-border customer orders. They are significantly involved in the joint design and advancement of the business field.

With these tasks you grow beyond yourself:

Discipline management and motivation of the operational managers and laboratory managers. Proactive participation of the business segment including strategy development and performance enhancement, growth including Mergers & Acquisitions. Implementation of innovations and new technologies (also supported by AI). Promoting customer satisfaction through excellent service quality and reliable project results. Impetus for distributive measures in cooperation with our sales to secure and expand market shares. P&L responsibility for your area or together with the leadership team.
