For the commercial management of our educational work, we are looking for a commercial management (m/w/d) that develops our organization with a vision, a sense of responsibility and a joy in shaping.

General responsibility for commercial areas: finance, controlling, accounting, budget planning Control of economic development incl. Forecasts, annual accounts and liquidity management Further development of commercial processes, structures and digital systems Leadership and development of the commercial team Contract and funding management (including cooperation with public partners, ministries, project promoters) Close cooperation with management and participation in strategic decisions Ensuring transparency, compliance and economic stability Support in the development of new business models, projects and educational opportunities

Completed economic studies or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in commercial management, financial management or controlling Safe handling of financial statements, budget planning and economic indicators Leadership experience and joy in team and organization development Knowledge of funding management or project financing (of advantage) High digital competence and interest in modern control instruments Structured, solution-oriented and responsible operation Regional unity and interest in education and training topics Communication strength, networkability and German native language or German language skills at level C2 Mobility and driving licence
