Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of the Transaction Diligence in Cologne, Munich or Frankfurt/Main, we accompany both FinTechs, InsurTechs, Start-ups, brokers: both in the private equity and banking sector within the framework of strategy and M&A projects and in the implementation of different buyer and sales advisory services. You can do a variety of tasks: Participation in international transactions, including market analyses, due diligence and post-Merger integration Analysis of financial services companies and start-ups to support strategy and transaction projects Conducting buy- and sell-side due diligence, including the analysis of business models and value drivers Organization of virtual data rooms, support of expert talks and support in creating offers and pitch documents Development of options for action and basis of decision for the management of our customers:

At least in the 4th semester of Economics or a comparable degree course with focuses such as Finance, M&A, Accounting, Controlling, Insurance or Banking Teaching First experiences in the Financial Services environment and in the area of Strategy and Transactions/Corporate Finance; Knowledge of accounting according to HGB and international standards (e.g. IFRS) and insurance-specific regulations Very good communication skills in German and English (at least C2)
