Team Leadership & Development: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Commercial Property Management North/East team; Promoting individual strengths, regular feedback talks, further development of team members and establishing a constructive understanding of quality and performance Operational control: overall responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, business plans and cost-effectiveness calculations as well as for the sustainable value and profit optimization and economic management of the real estate Quality Assurance & Reporting: Control and Review of Budgets, Management and Investor Reporting and Annual Financial Statements; Ensuring compliance with service levels, quality standards and processing deadlines Interface Management: Professional coordination with internal departments such as Technical Property Management, Accounting and Asset Management as well as with external service providers and stakeholders Process optimisation: Identification and Implementation of Improvement Potentials in Work Processes, IT-based Processes (in particular SAP) and Internal Communication Rental & owner communication: Accompanying escalation cases and developing sustainable solutions with high customer and service orientation With the development of growth: active participation in the further development of society, incl. Onboarding new team members and further development of department structures

That's what you bring: completed commercial training in the real estate industry, supplemented by additional qualification (e.g. specialist in real estate, real estate economics) or a relevant study Found, multiannual experience in managing complex commercial properties – ideally with leadership experience or experience as a specialist contact / Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Secure knowledge of rental and contract law and operating costs Knowledge of financial accounting (auditing, accounting, annual accounting support) Impressed communication strength and joy in motivating and developing a team Safe occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders and high communication strength Quality awareness, sense of responsibility and a good sense for efficient processes Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation with a view to quality and efficiency combined with a pronounced organizational capability Advantage: SAP knowledge (ideally RE-FX) Good English knowledge of word and writing Experience in cross-site work or in a growing business unit Readiness to travel: regular shuttle between Hamburg and Berlin to ensure the presence at both team locations
