HR Business Partner

During the setup phase Structure of HR structures: Define and implement processes, standards and HR processes. Staff setup: Planning personnel requirements, keeping in mind recruiting, developing onboarding. Organizational development: Creating structures, defining roles, forming teams. Culture & cooperation: anchor values, strengthen communication, manage cooperation. During stable operation Contact person (m/w/d) for up to 500 employees (m/w/d), predominantly from the Blue-Collar area. Close cooperation with the executives of the field of care and advice in all personal topics. Ensuring compliance with all labour, social insurance and wage tax laws and collective agreements. Design and implementation of tariff regulations in operation. Accompanying the occupation of specialists and executives and organisational changes. Implementation of all personnel measures together with the team of the HR-Shared Service Center.

Study of the economics or a comparable course of study or equivalent training. Comprehensive know-how as HR Business Partner in a globally oriented matrix organization or in a comparable position – ideally in the field of logistics. Vocational practice in M&A projects, general HR projects and the establishment of new sites. Experience in the support of Blue Collar employees (m/w/d). Knowledge of the negotiation with works council bodies is desirable. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are necessary; Polish knowledge is helpful.
