♪ Your tasks

As an internal service provider for the KVG companies, you are in use with your service vehicle and ensures that our buildings and outdoor facilities work smoothly. You pack up the daily challenges independently and keep everything in a well maintained state.

• You carry out your own repair, maintenance and maintenance work on buildings and facilities.
• You take over classic artisanal activities such as painting and repair work, smaller dry construction work as well as laying and repairing floor coverings (e.g. PVC, laminate).
• You perform simple sanitary work, e.g. the repair or replacement of sinks, taps or sinks.
• You can work handcrafted on doors, windows, locks, furniture, as well as simple electrical work (e.g., exchange lighting, mount socket covers).
• You regularly control buildings, spaces and outdoor facilities, detect defects early and automatically correct them.
• You support smaller conversion, renovation and repair measures during operation.
• You build workplace facilities up and down, assemble furniture and make them professional.
• You carry out transport, transport and assembly work during internal removals or redesigns.
• You will take care of the maintenance and maintenance of outdoor facilities, including lawn care, foliage and general order.
• The clearing and scattering service in the winter months is also part of your task.
• With your service vehicle you are in use at various locations and transport material, tools and equipment.
• Occasionary messengers and other handicraft support work complete your task field.

♪ Your profile

You bring a completed technical or craft training, for example as an electrician (m/w/d), an electronic for energy and building technology (m/w/d), painter and painter (m/w/d), plumber (m/w/d), plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d), tile coater (m/w/d) or dry maker (m/w/d). Alternatively, you have first professional experience as Facility Manager (m/w/d) or Haustechniker (m/w/d).

• As a real organizational institution, you take responsibility consciously and reliably.
• Also in challenging situations you keep an overview, work carefully and find pragmatic solutions.
• Thanks to your pronounced self-management, you know at any time what to do and flexibly brings your expertise to changing locations.
• You have a valid class B license.
