 Pflegfachkraft (w/m/d)

In parttime for 20 hours weekly, unlimited

You bring:

· Successfully completed vocational training as a examinated nurse in the field of old care,

Health and nursing or care for children

· Joy in configuring the working environment and desire to introduce your own ideas

· Professional and social competence

· Team spirit, flexibility and sense of responsibility

· Driving licence class B (alt3), as well as driving practice

· Currently valid proof of immunity

Your tasks include:

· Together with the leadership team, you develop our outpatient care service

· They accompany, maintain and maintain our clients in their home environment

· They support people with disabilities in the institutions of life support (assisted housing, inclusive living, housing)

· They document the care predominantly digital, according to the new simplified structure model (SIS)

· Implementation of medically prescribed services of treatment care

· They advise our clients and their relatives and direct them to
