Legal advice and support in all issues of rental and real estate law Design, testing and negotiation of lease, lease and other property-related contracts Advising in case of legal disputes, in particular on leases, terminations, lease adjustments and contractual violations Legal support of real estate transactions and projects Examination and assessment of property law and development of practical solutions Extrajudicial and judicial representation in metropolitan and property matters Cooperation with internal departments and external firms, authorities and other business partners Observation of current legislation and jurisdiction in rental and real estate law
