Your tasks...

• Preparing and equipping machines (CNC- controlled lathes) set according to plan (with little complex part geometry) and series production measuring devices (e.g. multi-point measuring device).
• Do tool change.
• Provide parts and materials
• Preparation of tools
• Parameters (e.g. cut values) and tools according to tables, drawing or
• Adjust the setting plan.
• Production of test parts decrease and correction of measurements and cut values
• Processing and testing of workpieces
• Monitoring of the machine running, if necessary Interruption
• Correction of the setting data or Correction of the clamping
• Examination of parts for dimensional accuracy, quality and completeness Change of test density together with quality assurance rework and documentation of committee .
• Removal of disruptions to machines (e.g. tool breakage, coolant disorders)
• troubleshooting
• Determining fault causes, re-adjusting tools
• Encourage process optimization, transfer of fault descriptions
• Implementation of maintenance/cleaning work according to plans
• Monitoring of maintenance and maintenance intervals
