You carry out the monthly fee billing for a defined employee group independently, check it carefully and ensure its accuracy You are the first contact person:in for colleagues, executives and authorities on all questions relating to pay billing You undertake the implementation and processing of registration and certification You care about master and movement data - from entry to exit - conscientious and timely You work on the time economy and make sure that the working hours are correctly displayed You check, process and release travel expenses You create and update relevant documentation and manual entries for the topics of payment accounting

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in pay billing - ideally in the group environment You have well-founded, up-to-date knowledge of social security and pay tax law You are safe in handling SAP HCM as well as Microsoft Office - especially Excel is your plug-in horse You work structured, analytic and self-responsibility - you always think one step further You have fun to actively contribute to digitalization and optimization projects and drive processes forward
