Your tasks:

• Maintenance and monitoring of house technical installations on site
• Customer contact and external service providers
• Implementation of Maintenance, inspection and maintenance work
• Surface search, bug analysis and repair work
• Implementation of safety and functional checks
• In operation of plants including instructions
• Control and control of foreign firms
• Creation of documents and reports, if necessary care in computer systems
• Updating technical documentation of installations

🎯 This will bring you:

• completed vocational training - either as ✔ Plant mechanics SHK ✔ Gas and water installer ✔ Central Heating and Ventilation Engineer (m/w/d)
• Lecture B (former class 3) - essential
• readiness to Ruf readiness / emergency services
• G20 and G25 study (or willingness to participate)
• Self-employed, reliable and structured operation
• Friendly appearance and sense of responsibility
