Special at this position Planning, analysis and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes including time recordings and capacity and personnel requirements planning Creation and further development of work instructions, standards, checklists as well as test and process specifications Moderation of P-FMEAs and implementation and follow-up of audits, complaints and internal deviations Planning, procurement, commissioning and optimization of equipment With the design of ergonomic jobs and more efficient production processes Maintenance and further development of production-relevant master data in SAP Management and cooperation in cross-departmental optimization projects Close cooperation with production, quality, maintenance, logistics and process engineering

Your preferred qualifications Complete technical or commercial training, ideally with further training to the technician/master or studies in the field of economic engineering, production technology or comparable Multiannual experience in process or production planning or in manufacturing engineering or production environment Safe handling of lean methods, standardized work and time management (REFA/MTM) Experience in P-FMEA moderation and implementation of improvement measures routine in handling SAP and MS Office; CAD knowledge desirable Understanding production processes, resources, ergonomics and work safety Very good German and good English skills Analytical thinking, communication strength and structured functioning
