Ensuring the commercial success of the hotel Budget monitoring and cost control Develop and implement new catering concepts Coordination of the operation, guarantee the service quality and the standards Leading, motivating and coaching the team on board Responsible for onboard marketing Taking care of customer feedback Modernization and increasing the efficiency of the hotel & catering operation Planning the duty roster and working hours of the employees on board Ensuring the maintenance of the catering and hotel areas on board the ship Close cooperation on board with the nautical and technical departments and the Captain

Apprenticeship in Hotel & Catering or degree from a Hotel Management School Managerial experience in Hotel & Catering, ideally as Hotel Manager, F&B Manager, or Executive Chef Strong decision-making, orientation, and adherence to food hygiene and safety standards Entrepreneurial mindset with economic focus and hands-on approach Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated Proficiency in Microsoft Office Business-level English (spoken and written) Class B driving license and high willingness to travel (including aboard our vessels)
