Your tasks:

• Clamping of components, assemblies, complete pressure vessels, heat exchangers or the like, depending on the size and weight with hall cranes, wall cranes, forklifts or by hand in rotary devices or Put on gusts. In the welding and test plan preheating temperature, weld additives and intermediate layer temperature to the processing material. Pick up welds from magazine. Bar electrodes possibly back-drying.
• Welding of workpieces (preheating and/or intermediate layer temperature).

• Easy positioning of individual parts (stuches, flanges or the like), taking into account welding gaps. Welding under confined conditions. Ensure accuracy, quality and completeness of the processing. Observe the organizational principles of the self-examination.
• performing order, cleaning, maintenance and maintenance work as well as repairs
• Widely independent processing of components by design drawings, welding, testing and work plans.

• You have completed as much as possible a specialist training (min. 3-year) e.g. as a construction mechanic (m/w/d), metal maker (m/w/d), steel maker (m/w/d) or similar.
• Crane license and stapler license are desirable.
• Valid welding test for different diameters, wall thicknesses and materials (repeat every 2 years with theoretical testing) for WIG, MAG, E (process 141, 135, 111) as tube testing are the basic prerequisite.
• A multi-year professional experience of more than three years as a welder in piping or container construction is required.
• The work is done in early/day shift.
