The STRABAG Innovation & Digitalisation Group unit functions as an enabler for digitization and development projects. More than 400 different innovation and digitization projects are being driven forward in close cooperation with operative colleagues.

Application Services & Data Science deals with the strategic (further) development of software products as well as the forward-looking and targeted handling of data in all groups. As Product Manager (m/w/d) in Stuttgart, you are the interface between our internal customers, external manufacturers, IT and other specialist groups. Our Digital Workplace includes modern tools for communication and collaboration such as Microsoft 365, Adobe Sign, Atlassian Confluence and Dropbox. These exciting challenges await you: You are responsible for one or more of the aforementioned software products You're a 'face-to-the-customer'': You are a service provider and can put yourself in our internal customers. This primarily includes the need analysis to first understand the 'why' and to develop concrete solutions based on it. You bring fresh wind to the team and drive forward change and enabling processes - for example by designing onepager with typical use cases, designing and implementing modern learning formats and supporting important target groups in the introduction and use of our tools In addition, you take over the professional customer advice and it’s easy to actively communicate our solutions to the target groups and explain the benefits – among other things, we will moderate a successful Digital Workplace community where you can actively explain important product news and answer questions. Modern AI technologies can be seen as an opportunity for a better customer experience.
