Economic and technical responsibility: You take responsibility for the economic and technical aspects of the project. You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering (construction and real estate) You have experience – ideally in the construction or project management of turnkey commercial properties and have already collected several years of practice You know well with VOB, scheduling, cost controlling, design and construction MS Office, tendering and appointment programs are not a new country for you – you are sure to do so You communicate openly and motivatingly, but you can also make clear statements if necessary You’re confident, whether business partners, colleagues or other project participants – always authentic and competent You pack and work independently as well as reliably – a large portion of fun must not be missed Your German is safe for negotiation, both in word and in writing
