In this position, you play a central role in the operation and further development of the company-wide virtualization landscape. Ensure the stable and secure operation of the virtual server and client infrastructure and actively contribute your know-how to the optimization of modern IT infrastructures. Your tasks: Development, implementation and operation of virtual server infrastructure Development, implementation and operation of virtual client infrastructure Administration, maintenance and development of Windows servers, clients and virtualization and storage systems (Software Defined Storage) Ensuring backup and restore concepts within the server and virtualization environment Analysis and elimination of complex disturbances within the framework of 2nd and 3rd level support Cooperation in the development of standards, processes and documentation in the infrastructure environment

Complete IT training (e.g. specialist system integration (m/w/d)) or studies in IT Very good knowledge of VMware, Nutanix and Omnissa Comprehensive experience with virtualization, storage and backup solutions Certifications (VMware, Nutanix, Omnissa) of advantage Experience with Linux Server / Windows Server Very good German and good English skills Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and pronounced team capacity Global readiness
