The Schön Klinik München Schwabing, part of the Schön Klinik Group, is the largest neurological specialist clinic in Munich with 300 beds and certified Parkinson Clinic. Our team of 480 employees is responsible for around 3,000 patients each year - outpatient, stationary and daycare in the daily clinics Demenz and Parkinson. At the next time we are looking for a dedicated station secretary (m/w/d). The position shall be filled in full-time or part-time. Interface Care & Medicine: You act as a connection between care, doctors and patients. Station assistance: You perform general tasks at the station and actively support the team. Patient control: You coordinate recording, appointments and dismissals and keep an overview. Visiting & blood collection: You prepare business, carry out blood collections and place peripheral venous accesses. Contact: You are competent to assist patients, patients and relatives at any time. Administration & organisation: You run medical records, take over administrative tasks and organize the day of admission.

You have a completed training as a medical specialist (m/w/d) or health and nursing (m/w/d). You bring organisational skills, initiative, flexibility and resilience even in labor-intensive times. You have empathy, team skills and joy in dealing with patients, patients and relatives. You convince with good communication and enforcement capabilities as well as a safe, service-oriented occurrence. You master modern means of communication like MS-Office and have ideally experience with Orbis. You take responsibility and actively contribute to the smooth running of everyday practice or clinics.
