Tasks

• Waiting, repairing and maintenance of equipment in the heating, ventilation and sanitary area incl. Analysis, recovery and cleaning
• Maintenance of building automation and control systems (Type Neuberger) as well as operation and operation of building equipment
• Renewal of boilers and smaller heating installations
• Smaller installation and assembly of new buildings as well as in stock
• Safety and functional checks
• Create and maintain maintenance plans
• Accompanying, instructing and deducting contractors
• Documentation of work carried out

Our requirements

• Completed training as plant mechanic - sanitation, heating and air conditioning (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience is desirable, but not necessarily necessary
• High level of operational readiness, durability and flexibility
• Self-employed, structured and independent
• Craft skills and technical understanding
• ready for shift work (normal, early and late)
