The DACHSER Eurohub in Überherrn serves as a hub, where piece goods are bundled for pan-European line traffic if there is no direct traffic. Every night there is high-level operation in the control center and in the warehouse during a permanent coming and departure at the goods entry and exit. In the case of stroke operation, the supply of the European total network is in the foreground.

They are responsible for the planning and implementation of the process processes in Germany-wide as well as European freight transport in compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

They continuously analyze and optimize the forwarding processes taking into account economic and qualitative aspects.

They take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the 14 commercial employees of the day and night shift in the Eurohub branch.

They are responsible for the quality monitoring and control of the departments as well as the reporting and implementation of internal company requirements in the departments. Here you are working in particular taking into account the key-number optimization.

They work between approx. 14:00 and about 22:30.

They have completed business studies, ideally with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification. You have relevant professional and leadership experience in the logistics industry, ideally you have already taken such a position. They are convincing with enforcing power, possess a high degree of self-initiative and entrepreneurial thinking and work quality-oriented. They play a key role in team development and convince with an authentic leadership style and strong communication skills. Good knowledge of English complete your profile.
