Support of care management in the strategic and operational management of the care area in the centre of psychosocial medicine Co-responsibility for ensuring high quality of care through the development, implementation and review of nursing science standards and concepts Coordination and organisation of daily care processes, including resource planning and human resources management, to ensure optimal care for patients Cooperation in the planning, implementation and evaluation of care-related projects and in the further development of care processes in the sense of evidence-based care Support in the incorporation and further training of nurses and the promotion of a positive and motivating working environment Representation of nursing services in the absence and takeover of management tasks in the team Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care of patients Participation in quality assurance and implementation of legal and internal requirements in the care sector

You have successfully completed a training as a nurse and a study in nursing science You have several years of experience in psychosocial care, preferably in the clinical environment You bring leadership skills and team skills and can motivate a team You show commitment to evidence-based care and are actively engaged in continuous quality development. You convince with your communication strength and your organizational talent to keep an overview even in challenging situations. You are characterized by your high level of responsibility, conflictability, analytical thinking and your method skills A completed qualification in middle management is desirable and would additionally strengthen your application. You convince by a structured and conceptual way of working as well as by their pronounced organisational skills.
