We are looking for the next time for our Operations Management department

for ensuring the operational readiness and safety of the technical building equipment, including professional team management of the associated eight operating craftsmen (m/w/d).

Your main tasks:

• Development and implementation of maintenance planning
• organisation, coordination, monitoring and documentation of individual maintenance services, active management of the work organisation
• Creation of annual, monthly and weekly work plans
• independent development of necessary measures including Cost estimates, preparation and implementation, participation in plant optimization and execution of new and new buildings
• Ensuring a legally compliant and secure plant and terrain operation
• Processing of order and billing operations
• Budget planning and control
• Participation and organisation of operational readiness as well as service planning

Your profile:

• completed artisanal vocational training in the field of sanitation/heating/climate with specialist qualification as master or state-tested technician, alternative engineering studies
• well-founded professional experience and comprehensive knowledge in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary technology, further works such as locksmiths and steel construction of advantage
• strong capacity for conflict and enforcement as well as experience in the professional management of a team with a strong ability to delegate and coordinate
• high understanding and analytical thinking and working methods
• ability to plan ahead, structure and set priorities
• Design, development and implementation of efficient workflows
• safe handling of MS Office programs and willingness to work into further internal IT systems
