For more than 45 years, the CJD Uelzen has been a recognized freelance institution for youth assistance and school-leavers in the Uelzen district. We include a support school for emotional and social development, day-to-day school groups, housing groups, mobile support, youth migration services, kitas and horte as well as educational centres in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district. Your New Task

✓ Visiting care in the context of outpatient assistance for education ✓ Family support in challenging situations of life ✓ Promoting everyday structure, education and social behavior ✓ Crisis intervention and resource-oriented support ✓ Cooperation with Youth Office, Schools and other network partners ✓ Documentation of pedagogical work ✓ Creation and implementation of help plans

Your profile

✓ Bachelor of Arts Social Work, Social Education, Social Work or Comparative Qualification ✓ Resource-oriented operation ✓ Respectful and dignified handling of clients and external partners, even in difficult situations ✓ Ready to call ✓ Patience and empathy ✓ Computer skills ✓ Ready to introduce yourself to the concept PPC (Positive Peer Culture) ✓ The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
