successfully completed training in health and nursing completed university studies (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on nursing Professional experience in project management safe handling of MS Office's common software applications very good voice and text understanding Ability to work independently, structured, solution-oriented, interdisciplinary, evidence-based and ethically reflected analytical thinking high commitment and excellent skills in an escalating deescaling communication strong quality and service awareness
