Project responsibility for the planning and construction of transport facilities in the tram and city railway sector (HOAI performance phases 1–9) Project responsibility for the planning of the operational part of the fire-protection of underground stations (HOAI performance phases 1–6) Project responsibility according to the project management for infrastructure projects Ensuring economic, quality and timely execution of planning and construction services Ensure occupational safety and health protection in accordance with applicable rules Documentation of performance levels incl. Communication in the course of project responsibility, in particular in the case of deviations Participation in financial planning Participation in meetings in political or public bodies Partnership of actions with the responsibilities Examination of benefits and invoices received Special projects in coordination with the department / property management Use and maintenance of the infrastructure database

Graduate degree, Bachelor / Master of Science or Engineering in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a Comparative Qualification Experience in project management Experience in the planning of industrial plants Knowledge of HOAI and VOB Knowledge of laws such as BOStrab and the technical rules for BOStrab, PBefG, StVO, VOB/VOL, HOAI, AHO, VDV-Schriften, FGSV-regulations, DIN/EN, DA Gleis, DF-Schiene, DGUV regulations of the Waste Act and the Hazardous Goods Regulation, design standards of barrier-freeness, VDE guidelines Self-responsibility, self-responsibility and organisational capacity Analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking Engagement, rich in ideas and flexibility Safe appearance and good written expressiveness Reliability, teamability and good communication skills Safe handling of MS Office applications Willingness to continue training as well as occasional night, weekend work and business trips
