The aim of your activity is to develop and promote the sales and methodological competence of the building financing specialists and private credit consultants (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) on site. You operate active transfer protection by supporting employees in transferring professional content to consulting practice. This essentially comprises: (Further) Development of Strategies for Optimizing Service and Sales Culture Determining the training needs under sales points – both in general and at individual levels of individual employees – and developing corresponding training plans Participation in the content and methodological development of uniform training concepts Organisation and implementation of training for local staff Workplace and practical support of employees in implementing the practice (training on the job)

Completed training to the bank clerk / to the bank clerk (IHK) Completed further training to the banking specialist As an alternative: Adviser or financing pass of an educational institution recognised in the cooperative sector Multiannual relevant sales experience with outstanding performance Experience in the accompaniment and development of people is of advantage.
