Branch Manager Damage Restoration (m/w/d)

Become part of the #TeamLebenSchuetzen in our area Damage Remediation at Barleben (near Magdeburg) as branch manager (m/w/d).

You run a motivated, 6-person team and are responsible for all orders in the area of damage recovery for the region. You build the location, acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships with our partners. With your expert, you control budget planning, regular results analysis, explanation of deviations and drafting corrective measures. You carry out projects in damage recovery yourself and are a contact person for internal and external project participants across all projects. You sleep the bridge between all project participants in the process from acquisition to audit. The professional determination and timely delivery of the monthly financial statements are carried out in close cooperation with the controlling. As a manager, you take responsibility for the team, for careful training and regular training.

You have completed a suitable study, for example business management or civil engineering. Alternatively, you will bring a master or businessman in addition to your training from the fields of crafts / construction. You know well in our industry, have gained some years of experience in damage recovery and first leadership experience. You want a diverse job with a good mix of leadership, project business and commercial tasks. You know what makes good leadership and can justify why you want leadership. You are contactful, binding and reliable and can thus acquire new customers and projects. You have a strategic view of the development of the branch and feel comfortable with numbers and analyses.
