Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)

As the largest provider of student apartments in Ingolstadt, owner / manager of other properties and operators of Mensen for students, students, the Catholic Canisius Foundation offers Ingolstadt an indefinite body as Account Manager (m/w/d) in full or part-time

What you expect:

• Guided tour with tenants of the student residences and customers of our gastronomy companies
• Support further parts of accounting (via “Immotion”, similar to “SAP”)
• Coordination of appointments between tenants and our mastery
• Completion of rental contracts for our student residences
• Processing of daily correspondence, including e.g. inquiries about our student apartments
• Creating cashless chip cards for our students' customers
• Creation and publication of menus for the various menus

What we expect:

• A relevant training with professional experience in administrative tasks and, in particular, accounting
• An extremely friendly approach to our customers and tenants
• A strong sense of self-coordination and above-average willingness to work

• Compensation according to the current status according to the requirements of the ABD (similar to TVöD) with the usual services of the public service
