Technical Concept Developer (m/w/d) TGA | HKLS | Heating | Climate | Ventilation | Sanitary Reference number: 398427 In TGA plant construction, the best solution is rarely that of the bar. As our technical head at the front, you are the one who develops concepts for our customers that really work in practice. You are the link that accurately records requirements and creates the technical basis on which our construction and costing can build safely. Your duties Analysis of systems and customer requirements directly on site and recognition of optimization potentials Independent development of technical solutions in the plants Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary On-site demand analysis: You analyze complex plant conditions and customer requests directly at the construction site or in industrial operation and identify optimization potentials. Concept development: You independently develop technical solutions in the structures ventilation, heating, cold (ideally you are not afraid of the sanitary and electrical structures). Translation performance: You make precise technical specifications for our internal specialist departments from vague customer requests. Problem solution: If it clamps, you are the technical contact person who finds solutions that are both technically brilliant and economical. Network Care: You are looking at eye level with planners, manufacturers and project managers Your site is located in Neuss and directly with our customers or remote. Foundation: You are master, technician, engineer, etc. in the field of supply technology / TGA. But more important than the title is your practical experience. Practical gene: Ideally, you have not only planned plants, but you have already implemented them. You know how theory feels in practice. Expertise: You are safe in the areas HKLS and can convey technical connections logically and precisely. Mentality: You are a creator with intuition and analytical mind.
