IT Service und Governance Manager (m/w/d) You develop the strategic orientation of IT@LVM's IT service management and develop company-wide effective target images, governance requirements and decision bases. The company-wide development of the ITSM governance will control you and ensure the sustainable anchoring of binding standards across the entire lifecycle of IT services. In addition, you are responsible for the strategic development of the Group-wide service portfolio and thereby guides requirements for service architecture, quality standards and service lifecycle management. You shape the company-wide ICT setup and configuration management and ensure the governance and quality of business-critical asset and configuration data. You develop requirements and strategic target images for ITSM, asset management and CMDB platforms and control their implementation together with the units involved. You advise managers on strategic, regulatory and organisational issues of IT service management up to top management level. In cross-departmental bodies, you represent the topic, prepare decision bases and bring together different interests in viable solutions. You take over the overarching management of strategic and regulatory initiatives and are responsible for their successful implementation within the IT service landscape.

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in the design, control and further development of IT service management, governance or transformation projects will help you. You have well-founded ITIL knowledge and have already applied it in the design or development of processes, services or organizational structures. A deep understanding of the relationships between IT services, ICT assets, configuration data and regulatory requirements distinguishes you. You have already gained experience in creating concepts, decision bases and recommendations for action for executives and bodies. You are characterized by a pronounced strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking capability and you can prepare complex facts for your address. With a secure appearance as well as pronounced consulting, moderation and communication skills, you convince at different management levels. In addition, you have a wealth of enforcement, negotiation skills and experience in dealing with different interests in cross-departmental projects.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
