Your post: You are the central contact person for sales and service partners and end customers in all questions about our new CGM partner portal and the webshop. You accept customer requests, work them hard and document them carefully in the system. You take on the direct solution finding in the interests of our customers and answer their questions reliably. More complex queries will be forwarded to the relevant colleagues in the 2nd level support. You are structuring the concerns and requirements of our customers and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service. Your ideas are in demand: You are proactively introducing suggestions for the further development of our products and processes. That's what you bring: You have a training in the IT field, e.g. as a specialist informant (m/w/d) or IT system administrator (m/w/d), or you have a cross-entry (m/w/d) with comparable IT skills. Experiences in support of the SAP Commerce Cloud are beneficial, but no need. You have secure basic PC knowledge and experience in dealing with current MS Office applications. Team spirit, a self-employed and solution-oriented way of working characterises you. You have a quick understanding and excellent problem-solving skills to efficiently master technical challenges. You will be happy to communicate with customers and bring knowledge of German with you. You can expect from us: Mobile Work: Work flexibly on two days a week and on 3 days on site.
