Process Control and Optimization: You are responsible for the timely processing of all logistical processes in your area and continuously develop processes. Leadership and deployment planning: You take over the professional leadership of your team (20-25 employees), plan personnel deployment and work closely with the department manager. Staff motivation and development: You introduce new colleagues, instruct and train your team and encourage a motivating working environment. Coordination and communication: You tune with internal and external partners, monitor goods flows and assist in troubleshooting technical installations

Training & Experience: Complete training in the field of logistics or comparable qualification - alternative multi-year experience (>3 years) in logistics, ideally with leadership responsibility Knowledge of personnel deployment planning and employee management desirable; safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and goods management systems (preferably SAP MM/WM) of advantage Language skills: Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English Flexibility: ready for shift and weekend work (spring and late) Soft Skills: communication strength, sense of responsibility, team orientation and the ability to actively shape changes
