University degree (FH, University) in the field of electrical engineering, renewable energies, landscape and environmental planning, construction or real estate management or economic engineering Passion for renewable energies as well as many years of relevant professional experience in the construction or possibly in the development of wind projects In-depth knowledge in electrical engineering, in particular network connection or IT/OT desirable Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams with strong communication and negotiation skills Very good German knowledge and good English skills
