As a diaconic service company in northern Germany with around 6,500 employees, we are mainly active in the fields of integration aid, education and medicine. “Inclusive, communicative, transparent and value-estimating – this is the klaarnoord gGmbH.” klaarnoord is a non-profit company in the association of the Evangelical Foundation Alsterdorf. We provide and organise staff-centric and inclusive services for clients with mental illness, disabilities and addiction diseases in the Stormarn district of Hamburg as well as in other locations in Schleswig-Holstein. We are looking for a home in the Blomeschen Wildnis in / educator in (m/w/d). With us 18 people with disabilities live from young to old on an old farm. In all areas of life we offer personal assistance in the house and outside as well as basic care services. Our daily work includes a varied mix of educational, nursing, craftsmanship and domestic and horticultural activities. We are in the heart of the family with all its multifaceted expressions and we are open to new ideas to move something together with you.

Support for people with mental and/or mental disabilities in their life management and their individual need for assistance Takeover of primary care and household activities to support our residents Work in the field of health promotion and health conservation incl. Medication and documentation Implementation of offers in the area, fruit and vegetable growing, gardening and land management, household, kitchen, easy craft activities and movement Communication with clients, relatives and legal supervisors Participation in service and case meetings, as well as collegial advice on current issues from the team and working day
