We are part of the Rheinische Post Media Group and together we are driving the digital media transformation in our home country.

Your tasks

• Strategic planning and operational management of campaigns for digital subscription
• Implementation of onsite and email marketing measures with focus on conversion and Churn reduction
• Use and further development of our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and our Marketing Automation (Inxmail)
• Analysis of campaign and customer behavior in PowerBI
• Independent control of budgets and campaign setups within the prescribed framework
• Participation in cross-functional teams and Jour Fixes

Your qualifications

• Complete degree in marketing, digital media, e-commerce or comparable qualification
• 2-5 years of professional experience digital marketing, ideally with e-commerce experience
• knowledge of CRM management, Marketing Automation and Data Analysis
• Experience with onsite optimization, e-mail marketing and subscription or e-commerce models
• Analytical thinking and high implementation strength
• Teamplayer:in with communication strength
