Project Supervisor / Technical Project Controller (m/f/d)

For your area of responsibility, you are responsible for the implementation of project planning/control, including scheduling for the projects. You coordinate the monthly forecast determination and contribute to budget control and control, taking into account the regulatory requirements, and assist the departments in fulfilling the commercial requirements (e.g. the preparation of economic studies). You analyse and comment on deviations from dates, costs and performances, and show needs for action against internal and external stakeholders. You coordinate internal and external seams and ensure the representation of interests of the controlling and of the KTE. You actively contribute to the creation, development and compliance of project management requirements and tools.

You have a degree in the field of construction management, economic engineering or controlling/BWL; alternatively you have completed a comparable vocational training with a specialist training and have several years of professional experience in project management/project controlling. You have the ability to identify, analyse and explain both the technical and business requirements of projects and to make them understandable to third parties. You have excellent project management expertise and ideally knowledge of Oracle Primavera and SAP CO or comparable programs. You maintain open and clear communication and are able to confidently represent and enforce your position in challenging situations. In complex contexts, you always keep an overview and stand out for an independent, structured and targeted way of working. You have German knowledge at least on C1 level and convince by a very good oral and written expressability
