In your job, you are in direct contact with customers and take a central role in successfully activating leads and advancing the sales process. At the same time, you collect valuable practical experience in interaction with the sales team and develop your organizational and communicative skills daily. Your new role

You take the active telephone customer contact and contact selected leads to clarify open customer contacts and advance the further process You check and update customer data in internal systems You support the sales team through administrative tasks You work closely with the sales team to clarify customer requirements (e.g. vehicle configuration) You ensure the correct documentation and archiving of all relevant information

You are a registered student (m/w/d) at a university or university You bring first experience in office administration You work independently, structured and like to contact your customers by phone You have a very good understanding You have knowledge of German in word and writing

You are part of our online retail team at Allane SE and at home in the Greater Berlin.
