Group Leader Production / Manufacturing (m/f/d)

For our clients, a long-year-old successful and modern company in the production environment, we are looking for a group leader Production / Manufacturing (m/w/d), who takes responsibility, manages processes reliably and leads a team professionally and disciplinefully. You run a production team of about 15 employees in the daily business. You are planning tasks, setting priorities and making clear tasks in the team. You make sure that work orders are implemented on time and in the required quality. You pay attention to work security, order, quality and schedule. You work closely with production management, planning, quality and adjacent areas. You support improving production processes and implementing standards in everyday life.

You have a technical training and ideally a further education to the master, technician or a comparable qualification. You bring experience in employee management, for example as team leader, group leader, shift manager, foreman or master. You know production processes and have a good technical understanding. You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even with a lot of movement. You communicate clearly, appear binding and can motivate your team. You are willing to take responsibility in 1- to 2-shift operation.
